My go to phrase also is yes I’m ok and I could have written this myself, and I am also fully aware of the my reasons being the same as Kimi’s I don’t want to be asked the typical 20 questions about it for one simple reason: it’s never going to change. It gets worse at some points, it’s never going to go away there is little that can be done to relieve it despite everyone knowing someone who’s had this or that done to them and if I think about it for too long it is depressing. Good days are a thing of the past, I had bad days and worse day; that’s not to say I don’t have fun or enjoy myself but everything is done in pain
